Vocalpoint Posted December 5, 2020 Share Posted December 5, 2020 Hello After many a great year - I am selling my PODXT Pro today. Before it goes out the door - I want to accomplish 3 things: 1. Reset the device to Factory for the new buyer 2. Deauthorize it from my Line 6 account 3. Gift the existing powerpacks that go with the device to the new user I have collected a bunch of info on steps 2 and 3 but I am not clear on exactly when to perform Step 1. Do I deauth first, then wipe the device and gift the model packs later (when new user has confirmed their Line6 acct) OR do I wipe the device and then Deauth?
