How to rename snapshots and change LED ring colour on HX Effects

Hi all,

 

New to the HX Effects and loving it so far.

 

I’m sure this has been mentioned somewhere (please direct me to the page if it has!), but can't seem to find anything specific to the HX Effects - can someone please inform me how to:-

1. Change snapshot name so it also appears on the unit (e.g. snapshot 1 would be renamed “verse” and snapshot 2 “chorus”. Snapshot 3 “bridge” etc)?

2. Change the ring LED for each snapshot, so for example snapshot 1 is green, snapshot 2 is purple etc?

On the unit itself, hit the ACTION button while in Snapshot Mode while in the snapshot you want to rename. You'll see "Name Snapshot" above FS3. Hit that, and on the next screen, you can hit FS3 to rename the snapshot using the knobs. The name appears in the scribble strip above FS3. You select the footswitch color by hitting FS2 and turning Knob 3.

 

In HX Edit, you just rename snapshot in the pulldown menu on top of the screen where you select snapshots. You can select the color up there as well.
