Yours may just be an apparent problem.


Directly on the device press and hold the VIEW button to access the system settings and go to the last page 12/12.
If you see all of your model packs listed there, it means that they are already authorized and ready to use.


For example, I have all model packs installed and working, they are listed one by one at page 12/12 of the system settings but not in the license manager window (like in your case) where it only shows that the POD is authorized.




Also, make sure the latest firmware v 2.62 is installed in order to see and use the model packs.
