sigusalv
I now have bought a used Line 6 POD GO. After using various Roland / Boss guitar processors for many years, I am very happy with the sound in POD GO. But I have a big problem. The harmonizer does not use the same scale as the Boss GT. Although there are many minor scales to choose from, none work for me as Boss GT did. The result is that some songs on the repertoire must be left out. To the best of my knowledge, the Boss GT has the "correct" minor scale. Does anybody know if there is any way to fix this?
phil_m
What do you mean by "correct" minor scale, exactly? There are a few different minor scale options for the harmonizers, so as long it's one of the standard options, there shouldn't be any difference. I think Boss multis have the option of having custom scales, so if that's what you're talking about, that's not an option on the POD Go. jzucco
I was having a problem harmonizing with an Em scale on my POD HD500X. It was not working correctly so I tried a G major scale (relative major) and that didn't work. I finally figured out that I was playing in a IIm7 mode (Dorian) so D major actually worked! Just try a bunch of the different key options and see if one works. Edited July 29, 2022 by jzucco Spelling correction
