LesPaul74 Posted March 2, 2021 Share Posted March 2, 2021 For about 1.5 minutes after power on, my POD XT makes a horrible noise which then fades out, after which the unit works normally. I checked the AC adapter with my digital voltmeter and it is showing the proper voltage of 9 volts AC. The firmware version is v3.01 and USB V1.12. I have attached an mp3 file I recorded with my phone and also a screen shot of what it looks like in Audacity. I purchased this POD XT about 10 or 15 years ago used at Guitar Center.
