POD GO and Tron UP issues

Hello

Just got the POD GO a week ago and I am having 2 issues with it.

The main one is complete Volume Loss.  Strange thing is that is only happens when I go to a preset with the Tron Up in it.  Not every time, but almost every time.

If I take the Tron Up out of the Preset, it doesn't seem to do it............Volume stays on like normal.

I use the HX Stomp for some bigger Gigs and this is for another type ofGig.  Because of that, I like the sounds and it is very familiar and easy to work with, so I want to keep it.

But not if it's going to keep cutting out.   I can live without the Tron sound, but still seems peculiar.

I have another week with it before I can return it as defective.

Anyone heard of this or have any thoughts, ideas or suggestions ??

The 2nd issue ........and it only came up today.  While I was re-assigning the foot switches in Stomp Mode............the unit froze.......2x in like 5 minutes.

I couldn't get it to do that again after that.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for everyones time !

Have you upgraded to the latest v1.12 firmware? If not, I strongly recommend you do so becauwe v1.12 should fix the freezing issue. If you have, you might have a filepath glitch so reset your PG back to factory using C and D buttons.

If you are still having problems after the above, log a ticket with Line 6 customer support.
