I studied other Bitcrusher units but none of them have the parameters “Open,” “Close,” “Hold,” or “Decay.” Does anyone have any info on what these might do? Thanks a lot ! phil_m Posted July 15, 2021 Share Posted July 15, 2021 The Bitcrusher has a built-in noise gate, so those settings control the way the gate responds. Open is the level at which is opens up (lets signal through), and Close is when it shuts again. Hold and Decay have to do with how the signal dies out.
