XLR Out stereo issue.

Hello everyone, after using my Helix for my gigs mostly in mono, today i was going through the process of creating some new patches for a new project where i am the only guitarist in most of the song. I dediced then to use some stereo effects such as pingpong delay, stereochorus ecc... The problem is that as soon as i put any stereo effect in, the right channel gets 2/3 db louder than the left one, after noodling a little bit with the settings i tried to pan the signal completely to both sides. When panning to the left everything is fine, but when doing so to the right i still get some signal in the left channel, also sounding a bit out of phase. I also noticed that the right XLR connector has a little switch(i suppose it is?) which probably tells the helix when the right channel is plugged in order to stop mono summing, it might has to do something with this issue. I can't solve this very annoying problem, if anyone could help me it would be really appreciated.

I am sorry for my bad english, neither a native speaker nor very good at it.
