My computer crashed while doing so and my Helix froze.) I was able to, miraculously, get it updated. That being said, I’ve notice a few things. When I progress from one set of snapshots to another, there is an audible “bump”. I also think I may be missing some new features. I was looking for the “acoustic” emulator and cannot find it (it may be under my nose and I’m jus an idiot). Any advice on how to eliminate the “bump” sound would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Danny Hi Danny, You said that your computer and Helix both encountered difficulties during the update. Since then you have had issues, which might seem to indicate that although you think you managed to “miraculously” update your device, that may not be the case. When weird unexplained/unexpected things happen, then it may be time to perform a factory reset, or even a full reinstall of the firmware. Also you say - “I may be missing some new features” - once more this is an indication that the installation has not worked as expected, and/or, you have not updated your HX Edit software to the current version. There is an entire “sticky” thread here regarding this issue from previous updates: When you fix the problems you currently have, you will find the Acoustic Sim under the EQ Models of your Helix as documented in the Helix 3.0 Owner’s Manual - Rev F - English - page 29.
