New POD Go Wireless not recognizing G10TII after update v1.30

Hello,

yesterday I bought a brand new POD GO wireless, after updating it to 1.30, nothing is happening anymore, after I am plugging the G10TII into the guitar jack IN. Before the update it was loading it and also syncing with it. Am I missing something in the POD Go Edit Software to update the G10 itself, or is this a known issue? Is there any way, I can install earlier software to the device?

I have managed to fix it by installing V1.21.0 again. Now the G10TII is activating itself, when plugged into the guitar IN. I do not know, what I did wrong, maybe I have to do the update just with the line 6 updater and not with the POD Go Edit software.

I too have the same issue post v1.3 update. I updated using Pod Go Edit as the updater didn't recognise the device at all - just said "select device" but there was not any devices shown. I'm going to try the update again v1.3 again

Update: I updated my Line 6 Updater program, now it sees the Pod Go Wireless and offers the v1.3 update - which I did.  Same effect. No lights on the G10TII, No charging indicator,  Downgraded back to 1.22 - lights initially flash on the transmitter and then go out.  Display panel indicates "No Tx Found"

Downgrade to v1.2 - now the display panel shows charging.  I'm going to leave it charging for a few hours and upgrade again.

I'm wondering if the problem was that, as these were both new units, the TX battery was flat when the update was run.

Left "Charging" for 2 hours no change, re-updated to v1.3 and left charging overnight - still dead. I'm returning the unit a faulty.  Purchased from PMT on-line (UK) who were very helpful.  Offered to send just a repayment G10TII if it was easier - but I don't know if its the floorboard not charging of the remote so elected to send it all back sadly.

When the replacement arrives I'm going to charge it all up and test it fully *before* upgrading !

My POD Go is now running with v1.3 and the GT10II is also running normally. You could be right with the fully charging before updating. The POD Go is not very friendly with new users. The GT10II error was not the only error I had with the device in my first days. The manual is not very clear on how to set up your new device and I was a little p***ed off at Line 6 at first. I still say it is a great device.

If the Pod Go is on firmware v 1.40 and the G10TII is on v 2.0 it doesn't see to sync.  What I had to do was downgrade to Pod Go v1.22 then update the G10 to 2.05 then I upgraded the Pod Go again to 1.40.  This fixed it for me.  As for charging I just got it and haven't had it long enough to charge completely yet.  TO not this may also be something with Pod Go v1.30, but I haven't tested it.

does the g10 transmitter have to be plugged in when updating the pod go wireless? Mine wasn't in when I updated to 2.0 and now flashes red but won't connect. It looks to be syncing, and then shows the blue charging icon, but won't connect when plugging into guitar. Wireless + guitar is set up in the input. Any known solutions?
