Is there any way to disconnect the sound from the PC (Youtube, etc) from the 1/4 output and play through the fx return of my guitar amp.  I play through youtube lessons and would like to hear the lessons through my monitors and myself playing through the amp.

Under "global settings" and "ins/outs" you can choose the output of your USB audio. By default it's the same output as the guitar, but that can be changed.
