MartinHansen123
Here 3.50 does not restore most of my presets from 3.15. I made the update to 3.50: 1. I created a backup. 2. Updating HX Edit, creating a second backup. 3. Updating Stomp. 4. Factory reset. 5. Restore my backup from 3.15. Now I see empty "New Presets", except three own made, about ten purchased patches from Worship Tutorials. My favorites and all IRs are there. I tried backups from 3.11 and 3.10: no presets. I tried backups from Time Machine: no presets. Then I used the Line6 Updater to go back to 3.15. Same result. I disconnected the USB cable, inserted in a different USB-Slot: my works are lost. Now i made some new presets with 3.50 and restored them: everything is ok. I can't believe that my old preset files, even from Time Machine, are all corrupted. What's going wrong here? phil_m
Have you tried using the Extract from Backup function in HX Edit? I’d try that and see if your presets are there.

What I have done the last months was sorting my presets (I overwrote many factory presets before with my own presets) to the beginning of the preset list, using that function in the Helix Stomp. Apperently these presets are lost. Those factory presets that I didn't touch and my purchased patches are still there.
