FVB Express MKII + Spider V 240 HD MKII

Recommended Posts

Hi guys. I'm completely beginner with this. I bought a FVB Express MKII expecting to be able to assign

a set of effects to each channels using my 240 HD MKII. I can't find any instruction on how to set up this.

It people are mostly using it in companion with the computer software. Is it possible to use it as standalone

plugged to my amp? Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.

Mate - I have the same issue. Same amp and pedel. Awful documentation - such a joke on all of their kit TBH.
Also have you tried using the pedle for the looper? I don't think it is compatable and there is no instruction on how it works. On the website it says,
"When paired with most Line 6 guitar amplifiers, the footswitches also give you total control of Quick Loop, the amps' built-in 14-second sound-on-sound looper." MOST Line 6 amps."
On the compatability chart it just mentions Spider 5 (not Spider 5 MK2). I've sent a ticket to tech to see if it IS compatible with the MK2. If not why not make that ABUNDANTLY clear on the site. Some of us do not even know there was a Spider V before a Spider V MK". And why name the pedle MK" if it doen't work with a MK2 amp? What a waste of time.
If you bought from a company, you may be able to return it and refunded...that's what I will try.

Latest android (13) does not work with ther Spider Remote app for the amp either (came out  August 2022). WIll vote with my feet on this company I think!
