HappySpaceInvdr
I'm having trouble getting Pod Go Wireless transmitter to work in my Ibanez guitars that have a recessed input jack. This is because the body of the transmitter prevents the jack going in far enough to connect. Same transmitter works fine in guitars with an input jack that's flush with the body. Anyone else have the same, and can suggest workarounds (beyond a very very short guitar extension cable)?
silverhead
What’s wrong with a very short guitar extension cable? A simple 1/4” adapter/extender would probably work. Perhaps a 90 degree adapter? It’s almost certainly the simplest solution.
HappySpaceInvdr
Quote What’s wrong with a very short guitar extension cable? I suppose nothing except the inconvenience when swapping out guitars, so I have ordered a 30cm extension lead, which was the shortest I could get. I just wondered if there were a solid device that would extend the jack just a little bit, but I suppose that would make it more susceptible to breaking off. Or some genius/creative hack that solves this problem even more elegantly :) Edited June 10, 2023 by HappySpaceInvdr Clarification

Seems like overkill to me. Essentially you would put a bracket on the end of one of the above-pictured adapters and fasten it to the guitar body.
