HX EFFECTS Blocks out of order bug?

Has anyone had similar issues with what you can see in the picture?  I was about to play a show last month and as I was setting up, turned on my effects.  The effect blocks (assigned effects) were out of order.  Bank Up & Down were not in the right order.  It should be on the left two buttons (scribble strips).  When I go into Stomp Mode, some effects are missing.  

 

While booting up my HX Effects the top 3 rows should read: LINE6/HX EFFECTS/BOOTING.  It only reads "BOOTING" on the left upper row.  

 

I was having this problem before I updated the firmware to the latest firmware.  Still having the same issues.

Did you do a full factory reset after doing the update? If you didn't, back up your whole  HX Stomp; patches, IR's, Global settings, etc. and then do the full factory reset. When you restore the old patches, it should take awhile to boot up while it rebuilds them to comply with the new firmware so don't let that worry you.

My HX Effects was doing this before I updated the unit to the lastest fimware.  Yes, I did a full factory reset after the update.  I backed everything up and I'm still having this problem.

Thanks for your repsonse.  The only thing that I started doing differently was I started using SNAPSHOTS.  Once I started using SHAPSHOTS that's when my unit started acting weird.
