jgrnfld Posted July 24, 2023 Share Posted July 24, 2023 I spent an hour trying all the factory presets and when I reached Factory Presets 2 around 03B the sound disappeared. When I played the guitar the green didn't show up on the input icons and I had to restart the Helix to get the sound back. It kicked out again after toggling through a few more presets as though it couldn't take the processing anymore. I was running HX Edit and selected the presets from there. The only time I have this problem is when I go through a lot of presets. When I play and just use a couple I never lose the sound. Has anyone else experienced this and have you fixed it? theElevators Posted July 24, 2023 Share Posted July 24, 2023 My Helix crashed a couple of times where there the buttons were not responsive and the sound was glitch-y. Both times HX Edit was running on the computer, connected to the Helix. Both times it was my own preset. What firmware version are you running?
