Bass Cab for use with Helix

Hey all. I recently picked up a Line 6 Helix LT which is absolutely awesome. I’ve been using it at larger gigs where we have FOH support, and it’s been excellent. 

I would love to be able to use it with a cab that has low coloration of sound so that I can use the IR’s that I like, but I’m not sure which way to go. 

From my research, Barefaced, Accugroove, and ACME seem to be the bass cabs that promote low to no coloration of sound. Other than that, PA speakers seem to be used quite often. The guitarist in my band also runs a sound company and does full FOH setups for events. Over the weekend we played a festival where I used the Line 6 to FOH and the monitor was an EV ELX15. The sound from the monitor was quite good, so wondering if that would be a good way to go. 

So curious what everyone is using for cabs with their modeling amps that allow the use of IR’s.

At the risk of sounding confrontational, why do you assume you need zero coloration?  You do realise that's a very tall order, right?  Like ... very tall.  I'm not even sure if there is a such thing as a cabinet with no coloration at all.  Might I suggest that if you want your bass to sound like a bass then you should probably use a bass cabinet.  Markbass is what I would recommend.  Very clear sounding.  Very articulate.  Lots of detail.  

Not confrontational at all. No worries. I reworded my original post as it should have said, “Low Coloration” not no coloration. I appreciate the advice! Thanks!

I play guitar but I use a Palmer Macht 402 power amp and a pair of 1x12" Zilla cabs loaded with Celestion F12-X200 speakers with my Helix rack. Prior to that I used a Laney IRT-X 200W Active Expansion Cabinet with a HX Stomp. Both gave perfect results with stock cabs and IRs
