FBV3 Issues, any advice?

I was practicing with the FBV3 and suddenly in the middle of a jam, it just stopped responding.  I use it with a Windows 11 based laptop.  At the time I was using it with Amplitube 5.

 

Now what I've done to try and fix it is:

1) I switched cables with another.  This had no effect and I'm not entirely sure it's the cable anyway, as when I unplugged the cable from my laptop, my laptop alerted me that it had been unplugged.

2) ran the updater, software is the most up to date according to the Line 6 updater

3) I uninstalled then reinstalled the FBV Control app.  Now, within that app if I press one of the preset buttons, it does not register.

4) I installed a different guitar modelling program just in case the issue was with Amplitube and not the unit, this had no effect either.

 

Now on the LED screen on the FBV, it shows when I'm clicking the presets that they are switching on and off.  Even the buttons themselves light up red and what not.  I'm at a loss for what could be the issue.  Anyone have any ideas?  It's likely it's something incredibly simple and I'm just tired and not thinking of it.
