arielalmz
Hi, Has anyone run into this issue? Seems that when I try to update to 2.01 version, I get this message saying "P34 unit does not identify as P34". This is what I am doing: Select "Update Now" from window prompt at POD Go Edit software Create a Backup Agree on license terms Message says download is going on and that POD Go will reboot to prepare for update Update FAILS with the specified message above. All it says is to contact customer support. I already created a ticket, but wanted to see if I could figure this out while they contact me. Does anyone has any hint to overcome this issue? Thanks,

jiml6
Try updating with Line 6 Central.
Dan_20ysb
Using Line 6 Central did the job. Updating worked like a charm. Thx for the hint!
SleepyHollow
I had to update the Pod updater first, then update my Pod Go and the problem disappeared. I hadn't updated in a while.
mvenet
Hi, Getting same error. Followed advice on going to Line6 Central Did that and got the .hxf file download. Probably a stupid question but how do you then install that firmware file? Still seems like only option is to select update upon opening of POD Go edit which leads to same error, TX, Marc
mvenet
NVM. Seems to have worked using Line 6 updater utility. I am guessing that is what previous poster meant by Line 6 central. Regards, M
