  1. Are you barefoot? If capacitive touch is enabled (which it is by default), a bare toe will kick you into command center. You could try turning off cap-touch (global settings - switches/pedals) or putting on some flip-flops
  2. Go to Global Settings > Preferences > set Tap Tempo Pitch to Transparent. See if that fixes your issue.
  3. S/PDIF is stereo by default. Make sure there are no mono blocks in your signal path.
  4. Good catch! A workaround would be to 1. Open Bypass/Control > Label/Color, and assign a new color to the footswitch, or 2. use Snapshots.
  5. What were your tuner in/out settings on OG Helix?
  6. What is it you're not able to do?
  7. Might be worthwhile to experiment with your input settings (Z, Pad, Trim). Otherwise, yes, open a support ticket.
  8. While this is not possible, you can send MIDI CC#68 (I think) to open the tuner instantly and free up a footswitch.
  9. Grab the 1.2.0 Stadium Editor. It's bundled with the latest Windows driver for Stadium.
  10. You'll be prompted to login after you connect to WiFi. If you're not seeing that and you're on the home screen, tap the hamburger menu you'll see "Log In" on the right side.
  11. Can you either attach your presets or describe exactly what your signal chain is?
  12. Go to Global Settings > Displays > Main LCD Brightness, Scribble Strip Brightness. See if that gets you what you're after.
