  1. I would open a support ticket. This definitely seems like a hardware issue, as FS6 and 12 seem to be out as well.
  2. Are they not working for you, or are they just in a dim state?
  3. Definitely open a support ticket. That sounds like a hardware issue.
  4. Are you barefoot? If capacitive touch is enabled (which it is by default), a bare toe will kick you into command center. You could try turning off cap-touch (global settings - switches/pedals) or putting on some flip-flops
  5. Go to Global Settings > Preferences > set Tap Tempo Pitch to Transparent. See if that fixes your issue.
  6. S/PDIF is stereo by default. Make sure there are no mono blocks in your signal path.
  7. Good catch! A workaround would be to 1. Open Bypass/Control > Label/Color, and assign a new color to the footswitch, or 2. use Snapshots.
  8. What were your tuner in/out settings on OG Helix?
  9. What is it you're not able to do?
  10. Might be worthwhile to experiment with your input settings (Z, Pad, Trim). Otherwise, yes, open a support ticket.
  11. While this is not possible, you can send MIDI CC#68 (I think) to open the tuner instantly and free up a footswitch.
  12. Grab the 1.2.0 Stadium Editor. It's bundled with the latest Windows driver for Stadium.
