Firmware update fail and white sripes showing on menu

Well, I bought a second-hand pedalboard that was working correctly; it powered on and displayed the presets menu. I arrived home and installed PG Edit to start loading my presets when suddenly I got a message that there was an update available for download (big mistake to install it). Turns out, in the middle of the update, the device disconnected, and the update failed. I followed the instructions provided in Line 6 Updater and still had the same problem. I changed the cable, then the equipment, formatted my computer to make sure there was no background program using audio, tried in offline mode, entered DPU mode (On + page right), formatted the presets of the pedalboard (On + C and D), changed computers but the equipment still disconnects in the middle of the update. I've tried it on laptops and desktops to rule out USB ports being the issue, and I've attempted to download previous firmware versions and gradually update them (I've tried from the first version). I also tried updating it by downloading PG Edit 2.0 and 1.10, but I'm still stuck with the same problem. I have been tryingfor hours and i dont know what can i do next, can someone help me?
