Preset Numbering 001-128 instead of 000-127?

No.

0-127 is the MIDI standard. If you have a device/sw that numbers its patches 1-128, some will have an option to use one system or the other, and some controllers will allow you to specify which system to use. Others, you just have to deal with the discrepancy.

S-Gear and ToneX Pedal use 0-127.

Amplitube, Guitar Rig (5) and THU use 1-128. On all three 0 takes you to Preset 1, anything else goes to PC# + 1.

FCB1010 (UNO Chip) allows you to choose 0-127 or 1-128.

Interesting factoid - If you switch Helix Banks, as soon as you select a preset Helix not only sends the PC#, it also sends the BANK# on CC#32.

In GR5 this will change the "Tag" (Preset Category aka BANK), but not in THU and, of course, Amplitube only has one BANK.

Just in case you imagined there were such a thing as "STANDARDS" in MIDI controlled SW. HA!
