patterc
I just bought a Helix and am attempting to download the latest firmware update and when I try to open and load I get an error message, no file extension available. I have a current MacBook , running Sonoma 14.5 .... Safari can’t open the file. Safari can’t open the file “HX Edit v3.70 Installer.exe” because no available application can open it. silverhead
Begin by downloading and installing the HX Edit package. It seems you may have downloaded the Windows .exe file. Check again for the Mac package. Once installed run the HX Edit program and follow the firmware update prompts. Make sure you are logged into your Line 6 account with your Helix connected via USB.
cglaser68
Mac's don't use .exe, that's windows. You're downloading the wrong install file.
