ccolts
Hello. I just got a Spider v 20. Just wondering if it is normal for the tuner button to blink continuously. It goes out when I enter tune mode. Cheers
silverhead
Yes it’s normal because that button is also the Tap Tempo button. It blinks to show the currently defined tempo that affects time-based FX such as delay. When you activate the tuner the blinking stops because the concept of tempo is no longer applicable. Heatherlyly
Yes, it is normal for the frequency adjustment button on the Spider V 20 to flash continuously when the frequency adjustment is active. By the way, I would like to ask a question. How does the volume adjustment function on the Spider V 20 affect the sound when using effects, and is there a way to optimize the volume for each effect? basket random
AndySheffield
You can turn the tap light blinking off in the Spider V remote app. Connect the amp to your laptop etc with a USB cable and in the main menu select settings and then uncheck the 'enable tap light' box. Its the first thing I did when I got mine as it drove me mad.
