mbarreyre Posted November 19, 2024 Share Posted November 19, 2024 Attempted Helix floor 3.8 update. Installed HXEdit 3.8 and attempted floor update. It fails on backup with: "Error occurred during the backup: Service is not online (code-8207)". Hardware is macbook pro running Sequioa 15.1.1. Restarting the laptop did not help. jdomine Posted November 19, 2024 Share Posted November 19, 2024 Try this: 1. Unplug the USB cable from BOTH the back of your Helix AND the computer. 2. Turn your Helix device off and on. 3.
