mbarreyre
Attempted Helix floor 3.8 update. Installed HXEdit 3.8 and attempted floor update. It fails on backup with: "Error occurred during the backup: Service is not online (code-8207)". Hardware is macbook pro running Sequioa 15.1.1. Restarting the laptop did not help. jdomine
Try this: 1. Unplug the USB cable from BOTH the back of your Helix AND the computer. 2. Turn your Helix device off and on. 3. Reconnect the USB cable. 4. Launch HX Edit. 5. Attempt the backup again.
gburnsjr
Installing 3.81 of HX Edit is supposed to make it all better.
alexsartor
Hello, I have the same problem as the OP. I've tried unplugging the USB as suggested but same problem. It fails while transferring the presets. I did a factory reset thinking that I might have a corrupted preset but this hasn't helped. Any ideas please?
