Can't comment on Pod Express topics

Hi,

 

I can't add comments to any topics in the Pod Express forums. I can comment on topics in other forums, but not Pod Express.

 

Specifically I'm trying to comment on this topic:

But there is no comment box at the bottom. I've tried multiple topics in Pod Express, none have the comment box. Topics in other forums do have the comment box at the bottom.

 

Am I missing something here?

You will need someone at Line 6 Support to handle this.  Best way to do that is to open a support ticket. Follow the Support tab at the top of this page.

It seems to have solved itself after this topic was approved and you have commented. Don't know if a mod did something or what, but it's working now.

Don’t know what happened. It was your first post in the forum and it does require approval from a mod for spam reasons, and I am a mod. But you should have been able to make your fist post anywhere, not only in the Lounge area. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. A glitch perhaps but glad it’s resolved.
