tubeampsrock Posted October 13 Share Posted October 13 I just got my Powercab CL 112... played through it twice, but 15 minutes into it the Sound suddenly cuts out (about 95%). you can just barely hear it even w the physical volume knob on the 112 turned up all the way. Even the Amp volume knob has no effect. The issue seems to be only when using Amp blocks. It does "work" in bypass mode and the effects are working (just not the amp sims). I have no Cab block added obviously because I'm using the CL/IR included in the Powercab. I even powered down both the Helix and the Powercab and turned back in different orders.. neither fixed the issue. All firmware in both Helix and Powercab Cl is up to date. They said to make sure the power cable was in all the way (which it obviously was) .. basically didn't have any ideas.. so Sweetwater is exchanging it. I guess I got a dud.
