Jcharland8
Hi Everyone, I've grown to really rely on Helix Native for a lot of my work, so I'm in dire need of some help here. I've just got a new to me, refurbished, MacBook Pro and I'm running OS Tahoe. When I installed Logic and Helix Native, I tried to run it and the program is just stuck on what ChatGPT is calling the Splash Screen. The plugin logs me in, but nothing else happens and I don't have access to anything. At first the plug-in looked like Native the way it was, but now it's just the Splash screen (see attached picture). I've tried several options given to me through ChatGPT, reinstalling, using safe mode, using other DAWs. No avail. 1) is anyone having this problem with 2019 MacBooks running Tahoe? and 2) are there any solutions for this? Thanks, Jesse

Either way, it seems that something has screwed up. You might want to check trough these couple of threads to see if it can get you functioning once again. See my comments about deauthorising your old computer, then the info about doing a clean reinstall of HX Native. Hope this helps/makes sense.
