Cannot load IR in Helix Native

Hello,

I recently purchased Helix Native and the Ronald JC120 Cabinet IR from the Line 6 store. On the product page, it says this IR is compatible with the "Helix family", so I assumed that Helix Native could use the .hir files included in the purchase.

However, I am unable to load any of the .hir files into Helix Native. I have tried all the usual methods (drag & drop, import, etc.), but the software does not recognize them.

Could someone clarify:

• Are these .hir files actually usable in Helix Native without hardware?

• If not, what is the recommended way to use them with Helix Native?

• Is there a .wav version of this IR available for Helix Native users?

The *.hir filetype is proprietary to Line 6 and requires authorization. Since you purchased them from the Line 6 store they should be on record in your Line 6 account. Make sure you are logged into your Line 6 account within Helix Native when you attempt to load the hir files, and any associated licensed presets.
