I have a problem renaming presets in the Users list. I tried renaming a preset from the Helix and from Helix Editor but nothing. I reinstalled the firmware, tried with factory settings, still nothing...I need some help here!

To rename a preset using the Helix Stadium device (not the editor program):

1) Select the USER Presets list (not a custom setlist).

2) Select the preset.

3) Touch the preset name at the top of the display.

4) Touch the Rename Preset option in the options list that appears at the right of the display.

5) Use the pop-up keyboard to rename the preset.

6) Touch the DONE button.

To rename a preset using the Helix Stadium editor program:

1) Select the USER Presets list (not a custom setlist).

2) Select the preset.

3) Click on the preset name at the top of the display.

5) Use your computer keyboard to rename the preset.

6) Hit the ENTER key.

If this does not work, open a support ticket.

I am having limited success as well in renaming presets, and deleting presets; both in the user folder or in library, and on the Helix screen.  I'd say 25% of the time I am successful, but it is hit & miss, with no apparent reasoning that I can duplicate.  I will try the recommendation above from silverhead.
