Zentorz
I am very disappointed in the stadium. aside from several things that were taken away from the original, it constantly disconnects. The wireless, less than a minute it disconnects. Multiple Data type and length USB C cables tried ( after talkin to the shop where I bought it ).. same exact issue I use my old Helix for recording as well as live, so if a brand spanking 10 year newer board cant do with the original does daily that is a bit sad. No solid connection no recording really, no use for the thing really. Even live I have the original hooked up to my lap top to work on it on the fly. bbehrens
This is not normal behavior. USB connectivity is typically very solid regardless of the device. However, make sure that you are using thev0.3 Line 6 USB Driver as this driver is required for use with the Helix Stadium. The USB connectivity should be stable for Windows 11 and Mac/OS platforms for connectivity for Audio to/from PC/laptops. If not, then there may be an issue with your unit. Open a ticket with Line 6 support if you have verified the Line 6 USB driver and the USB-C to USB-C cable. The Helix Stadium has several shortcomings compared to it's predecessor. But I think that Line 6 has plans that will address these issues. And none of them are crippling for me. However, there are other units such as the new smaller footprint Quad Cortex that are viable alternatives. But if you are a Helix die-hard, as I am, then I recommend sticking with the Helix for at least a year before just giving up on it.

Thanks, Well, I am stuck between glad it isnt normal and, of course I run into something weird only my own. I'll see what I can find out on the driver.. I was thinking about this ,this morn... I was thinking about how when I first started it, getting the wifi to take for it was no problem..as soon as it did it's first updates etc, I had walked away.. I never stared at the old board updating so figured it was good to go... When I walked back, it was disconnected from wifi... Not sure if the update corrupted coming in ( satellite internet is thee only option here ) some times I do get files puking rather than clean. So Hoping it is, in fact, software over hardware. Yup cables are all spanking brand new Data C USBs Anyway, Ill see what I can find out, not sure if a factory reset and then hope I can get the board to reupdate But thanks, I'll check all I can and try once again... Yup diehard , just at this moment feels like I am trading a tank ( old board ) for a Prius .
