Any way to have some blocks transfer across presets? (If on in one stay on in the other)

Hello all, got kinda a unique set up here. I am running wet/dry and trying to downsize my rig a bit so looking at the hx stomp. I run everything from a midi controller, and don’t use presets in the sense that like one button turns on 5 fx, one button on the midi controller turns on/off one thing.
So currently have a dl4 mkii with 5 presets I regularly use and I want to move those over, however I only need to use 1 preset at a time and actually since the dl4 is at 100% wet can only really use one at a time. I want to keep the looper so will need to use that in parallel in the unit itself. So that’s 6 blocks (assuming that the parallel split doesn’t count which it might), and if I want to use anything else going to have to use the send/return giving me a grand total of 1 available extra block to do something with. (I know snapshots can control blocks individual parameters, but all of my dl4 presets are using different modes so no help there.)

My ideal setup would be like
Fx1 ->Fx2->Fx3->Fx4 Send/return (send dry/return wet always on) Looper and one Delay model in parallel that changes per preset. So don’t think there is any way to do this and have the state of each of fx1->4 remain.

I guess I could program my midi controller to just resend the fx I already have on when I switch presets for delay models, would this work? Any ideas?
