Mosat
Play view: For those using Stadium Floor: I only use a few presets and go back and forth between them. But when I go back, Play view reverts to the signal chain Home view. Is there a way to keep it in Play view? I need Play view by default. silverhead
In Global Settings -> Switches/Pedals you will find a parameter called Preset Mode Return. Perhaps that’s what you want?

Something is definitely amiss. There is no rhyme or reason as to which preset appears in which mode at any particular time. There is nothing consistent. joepepe
Line 6 confirmed the irregularily in reverting from Play mode screen to Home/edit screen. It seems to be a bug. To my finding, that was not a problem with the previous firmware version
tele_jas
I have that issue with the non XL, but I noticed that it's actually working like it should, just not showing the Play View screen. When I step on the mode switch, my preset footswitches light up and when I choose one, they rest of the footswitches light up with the colors and FX I assigned to them. So, if you remember where you're stuff is, you can "get by".
joepepe
For my understanding it is Not practicabel to return to the Play Screen by touching the Home Button manualy each time - the Play Screen should stay on - should be seen consequently for foot - Control use

But you can do it using the Mode footswitch. Hold it down to activate the More view. From there you can use the assigned footswitches to activate other views, among them the two Home -> Play views you define in Global Settings. Hit the Mode switch again to display the first of those Views. Then the mode switch toggles between those two views. I haven't found a way to get back to Home -> Edit view without bending down to hit the Home button. But, like you, I prefer to stay in Play view. When I want to edit I use the editor app. See Global Settings for details about the different Modes and Views.
