What do I need to connect the Podgo to, to send program change to other pedals?

I would like to send preset program changes to other pedals from the Podgo. I have a CME H2MidiPro, and a PirateMidi Scribble. Connected to the Scribble through TRS midi cables and all on separate midi channels, I have an Hx One, an OBNE Dark Star, IK X-space, and a Source Audio Artifakt. When I change presets on the Scribble, all the pedals will change presets like I want. BUT I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the Podgo to send a program change when I change presets on the Podgo, OR receive the program change (which is not how I want it to work, but that would at least be progress), when I change presets on the Scribble.

With the H2Midi Pro (which I thought was the solution I needed), I have tried connecting the Podgo to both the Usb-c (device) port, and the Usb-A host port. Connected to either one, I don't see activity lights when I change a preset. I'm guessing that's my problem, but then what do I connect to Podgo to, to get all this to work.

It's not a Global Settings Issue.

When connected to my pc I can see the Podgo sending the Program Change messages.

I need to know what non-computer device will work as the USB host to send/receive midi from the Podgo. I got an email response from CME that the H2midi Pro won't work with the Podgo.
