kenimichaels7 Posted June 7 Share Posted June 7 The helix stadium XL is very pricey for that kind of money why line 6 take out hands free ediiting when guitarist need that during sound check when using line 6 FRFR monitors. you want to tweek your helix in the middle of the song so your guitar can blend in well with a live band without stop playing just to bending over to adjust parameters over and over again. line 6 please bring it back on your next update. I understand from @Digital_Igloo posting on TGP that it wasn't included because very few people used it in the Helix. I don't know if he was definitive they wouldn't do it, but that there were higher-priority features given that fact. Unlike his position on a couple of other things where he sounded pretty definitive (e.g., a rack unit b/c they sold so few of them). Of course, developing a new hardware SKU is a bigger commitment than hands-free editing, but it still is a development effort that would also increases dev maintenance and QA indefinitely.
