For some reason when I press any of the switches from the top row, it also selects the switch from the bottow row. I can't do a factory reset because the bottow switches are not working. If that doesn't get it, back up your presets and reinstall the FW. If that doesn't get it, you're screwed, time to break out that old analog pedalboard. Well, I suppose you COULD contact support.
