DoctrRock
After updating to v1.4 this week, I had two gigs this weekend. At the first one, I noticed pretty quickly that my snapshots weren't changing at the parts of the songs they should have changed at, so I had to switch back to Snapshot view instead of Transport and manually change my snapshots. Slightly annoying when I'm also trying to run the song tracks. Same thing happened on the second night, and when I looked at the preset markers, the options for Preset and Snapshot both said [Current] for every single marker. I'm looking at it today, and it won't even let me change them. The presets are in custom setlists. I was able to change my Setlist to the User setlist, and then was able to modify the preset and snapshot selections. But essentially, all my flags have been not quite erased, but almost. They're in the right locations, but I'll have to re-select all of the snapshots. Second issue: halfway through my first and second set last night, when I went to hit play in Transport mode, the next song would not start playing. I would be able to skip forward and backwards through songs, but nothing would happen when I hit play. Turning the board on and off between sets made it start to work again. Third set I had no problems. Still frustrating and just wanted to make a note of it.

Any luck with changing the snapshots? I've also noticed that when I select Manage Flags in a song that has had the Snapshot Flags changed to [Current], I can't even clear (ie delete) the Flags to re-insert new Flags; the 'Clear' option is greyed out, which leaves me totally stuck - I may have to delete the Songs that are messed up like this altogether, and create them from scratch all over again
neonjohn
Same here. Updated to 1.4.1 earlier today and two entire shows worth of flags were set to "Current." Heart attack time. Fortunately, I had backed up to the SD two days ago and when I restored the backup, all my flags/snapshots were back. If you've backed up your stuff, try restoring. It worked for me. I've gotten in the habit of backing up at the end of any substantial time spent programming - especially Showcase cues. Hope you get your cues back. littlespaceman
I submitted a Bug Report, and got an email back saying they were changing my Bug Report to a Support Request, as this is a known problem. My advice is, if you're having the same issue, then submit a bug report and they'll respond similarly, with instructions on what to do to hopefully resolve the situation
littlespaceman
I’VE FOUND A FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM!!! I noticed that the only Setlists that were locked to Current Preset / Current Snapshot, were Setlists that had NOT had a preset added AFTER updating to v1.4. So I tried adding a random Preset to a Setlist that was locked within a Song, and when I go back in to the Song and try to add a Flag, not only can I add a Flag from the Setlist that was previously locked to Current Preset/Snapshot, but even better, ALL the correct Flags from before the v1.4 update were back in place in the Song again, and work as they should. If you don't want the Preset you just added in that particular setlist, you can clear it from the Setlist, and you'll still have access to that Setlist within the Song when you try to add a Preset and/or Snapshot Flag. I have shot a video, which is 276mb, but that is sadly far too big to upload here, so I don't know how to share that with you guys - hopefully my explanation will be enough.

littlespaceman
Little update for you, it's not 100% foolproof - a couple of times I've turned the machine on and it's locked Flags to Current Preset/Snapshot again, so I've had to repeat the 'add a preset to a setlist' thing, but it does fix it each time.
