boynigel
I'm not getting any answers here regarding an issue i'm having, so i tried creating a support ticket and it keeps taking me in circles: i go to the same place i always go on their support section where it has a spot to briefly describe the issue with a search button next to it. i type in the issue, hit search, and nothing happens. so at that point i go to my Support Tickets history page and there's a Open New Ticket button. great, except when i click it, it just takes me back to the aforementioned page that doesn't respond. tried using a different browser and got the same result. Rrrrrr...

boynigel
Aah, i did hear something about that. i had another ticket w/line 6 that was about a day from being auto-closed, so i responded to that ticked w/the new problem, explaining why i had to piggyback an unrelated issue. hopefully they'll respond.
