FBV3 Floor Board ,Amplitube doesnt respond it be edited in Cubase 15 Pro WIN 11

Hello Everyone

I have a problem.

When I turn on my FBV3 Midi foot controller with Amplitube 5 (Standalone) It works Like a charm.

I'm using windows 11

But when i go to Cubase 15 Pro (Latest version) And startup Amplitube 5 the floor board reacts in the midi meter from cubase 15 Pro
But i Can't Learn Midi in because cubase keeps the black window open(waiting for Midi input).
Amplitube doesnt respond it be edited.

My current firmware for FBV3 is 1.02

Can Someone help me?
