Carlo60
hi guys! I've been used the past 2 years until he died on me on a job far from home. I decide to buy a HD500 and after the first disappointing about the patches on it I start to tweak them and get e decent sound out of it and I start to used on the gig (direct into a PA system) than this weekend I had a gig on a place with a tiny little stage and I have to put the speackers very closed to me and play very loud. Using the X3 live on the same stage before never cause me a problem at all but the HD500 started to go on feedback when I played a solo with and without distortion. This is so annoying that I planed on get rid of the HD500 and get back my X3 live even if I started to like the sound of it. Did someone out there had the same problem with it? Has Line6 been aware of this issue? How can I get this problem fix? Anyone have a solution? I played direct to a PA system and I use a Blade Texas Standard pro(with active pickups). Please anyone, I will like to keep this unit... :) Ciao!!!
joel_brown
I had that problem until I set Input 1 to Guitar and Input 2 to Variax. The default is Input 1 and Input 2 to be the same and at high volumes it gave me a lot of feedback. Also try setting your Input Impedance from Auto down to 32k.
