suckssuckssucks Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 Trying to register a XD55HS. Called customer service 1/2 hour ago and no call back yet. Trying to register so I can get it fixed, mic is not attached. Finding where to register was a joke, very poorly laid out registration. Tried using variations of 'sucks' as user name and they were all taken. says something. Now It won't accept my serial number. The one on the bottom of the receiver I am guessing. Should that be it? Now I have to waste a day drive 2.5 hours to get it fixed and drive home again. OR send it in at my cost and wait two weeks. very very poor service. Tried to call customer service back and get 'we are now closed' I have already spent over an hour on something that a decent company would have dealt with in 10 minutes or less.
