its floor. Ive tried tightening and loosening bolt on side. Doesn't help.

Help. Helix is a few years old. Volume pedal only stays at 0% when i hold the heel down. Otherwise it is sort of spongy and will be 5-12% ish. Not so good for volume swells. Does it need mechanical work on the inside??
