I did a global reset and never happened again, but I played a very very very small amount of time since than (maybe 1h or 2).

Mine was connected via usb but HD edit was closed.

1) POD HD model: Brit P-75 2) Guitar In 3) USB Connected (pod hd pro acts as sound card for pc too) 4) No digital connections 5) Noise Gate + Screamer (turned off if I rememeber) + Brit P-75 (default cab and mic, single amp) 6) Global Eq OFF

I ensure I wasn't doing absolutely nothing, just playing.... I use to practice with the same patch... just plugged my guitar, turned on and play...

I haven't tried again, but how could I trust in my pod for lives anymore?? what if it hangs in te middle of a show... omg

No global reset, did I have to do it? I didn'know I had to do it. Could you explain me the procedure please? Patch was created by me with previous firmware, absolutely custom. Thanks a lot

I was doing nothing particular, I was just practicing.. not even changing patch or editing anything... I remember that this issue happened some time ago and should have been fixed by prevouis firmwares (btw I never had this iusse before..)

Hi, yesterday I was playing with my Pod HD Pro as usual. Suddently a noise came out the unit at a high high volume level, like a feedback/larsen (but it wasn't it!). In tha back of that noise I still could hear my guitar, but this was very shocking and it could damage my speakers. Turning master volume down didn't change anything, I had to shut down the unit... never happended before 2.6.

So, nobody is posting clips of the new amps? I'm waiting for non-X version, but unsure if buying packs or not.

Sorry if I repeat myself, but everybody is talking about pricing for HD500. What about PRO? It is more expansive than 500 and I expected for packs to be free at least for it... Pro should have some extra features, but it doesn't have...

At least models could be free for PRO, since its price is higher without major differences... (and users had to buy shortboard too)

The only free feature will be Global EQ, right?

Why not putting a metronome with advanced time signatures in Pod HD Line....

I keep reading about the fact that company won't make business in releasing upgrades because people wouldn't buy new products. Well: - I won't buy a l6 product anymore since they get abandoned just after the launch. - Users saying so should remember that they're users and shouldn't care about company marketing strategy. - We're not speaking about an amp, this is digital hardware, people buy it for playing, exploring, having fun and have new features to play with. Else I would have bought a solid state combo. If they did model packs I would have bought them, but they're not even doing them....

One of the most useless upgrades of the world. They took a year or more of developing only for having pod units to work with their own StageSource speakers....no new amp, no new feature, nothing of nothing... what a delusion!

Ok, thanks, I meant with a separate amplifier between pod and rockits, but I don't need it. I'm also lookng at behringer truth b1031a, wich are cheaper and seems to work good..

Hi, I would like to by two KRK ROCKIT 5 G3 studio monitors (http://www.krksys.com/krk-studio-monitor-speakers/rokit/rokit-5.html) and connect them tirectly to my Pod HD Pro via two XLR cables, with no power amp. Is it possible? Will it work right? Thanks a lot
