I have a Pod HD Pro X and I need to download some Hank Marvin presets from Customtone. I understand that HD 500 X presets are compatible with the HD Pro X. Having opened Customtome, I typed Pod HD 500 X in the search box (image 1). This opens with all the tones. I then type HANK MARVIN in the search box (image 2) and just one preset is found, not relating to Hank Marvin. Obviously I'm doing something wrong. Could anyone please help? Clive

I have purchased an AMPLIFI TT and I am attempting to use a pedal with it. My setup is .... Guitar -> Line 6 G10 Wireless -> Yamaha Magicstomp -> Amplifi TT (Gtr In) -> DAW / Speakers. The problem is that I'm not getting any sound to the speakers. If I connect the Magicstomp to the 'Amp Out' on the Amplifi TT, I have the sound, but it isn't very good. ---------------------------------------------------- Also, the DAW I am using is Mixcraft 10 Pro Studio. My old procedure was to load a backing track and record with it playing, hearing both the BT and my guitar through the speakers, but using the Amplifi TT, I only hear the BT coming from my computer. I have downloaded Helix Native Free Trial into my DAW (Mixcraft) ok, but I am not getting a guitar signal in either the input or output. Can someone pls help? Rgds/Clive

I am attempting to install the Editor for my new HX ONE. The cable is connected from the HX ONE to my laptop (Windows 10). I've downloaded it, but when I try to open it I get 'No Device Connected' as the image below. Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thanks. Regards/Clive

Hi DC, I'm back - now fit and well!!! I have uninstalled and reinstalled the interface drivers and strangely everything seems ok, so I don't really know what happened, other than maybe I never downloaded them correctly???? However, I appreciate your help and advice. Take care. Rgds - Clive

I'm afraid that I cannot investigate this further at the moment as I have to go into hospital shortly to have an operation on my right hand as I am losing the feeling in my fingers!!!!! Hi DC, Thanks fopr your response. Yes, I'm still using Mixcraft. The reason I went through the three DAW drivers (pls see image), is because the one that opened never gave me a signal, so I tried the others. The interface I'm using is a Behringer UR22 mkII - do you think I should perhaps try the Focusrite? I do get a strong signal to my DAW without the HN open. Clive

Hi DC, Thanks for your assistance, once again. I appreciate you helping an old man (0: I have followed the instructions and loaded the programme into my DAW, without problem. However, when I open up HN in my DAW, I have no signal. I have tried the 3 different DAW drivers - Core Audio; ASIO; WAVE. My guitar is giving me a good signal to my interface. Am I missing something??? Clive

I need to install HN on a different computer and I have downloaded the installation onto my desktop. When I double click the icon, it seems to install ok. When it has finished, I do not have an icon on the desktop, so can't open it. I have looked in my programmes list and all I have is the Helix Native uninstall. Could anyone please help? Clive
