  1. Line 6 not interested in this issue Clearly customer service is not a high priority, guess endorsed people get treated better, but a multi million pound company won't help you sort out a fix for your pedal that was damaged by them and their suggestion of connecting it to the servers
  2. Well if it's anything like mine, you will find that connecting it to line 6's servers has left it dead and useless Good luck with getting anything out of them, because even if this forum and indeed there old one has a ton of threads about the FBV express failing while connected to the USB They won't acknowledge it or even help with sorting it
  3. Yep. Done that. But no further forward !!
  4. Hi I connected my spider iv amp to my laptop and edited some patches on the amp, I both received and send updated patches with no problem Then I turn up at the gig and the floorboard is dead, luckily the other guitarist has the same and a short board so I was able to prove that my amp and cable were fine So it's definately the floorboard, a quick read on these forums shows this as a common fault, but with no answer to the fault Surely line 6 have addressed this issue, it appears to be an inherent fault with these pedals
  5. What was the outcome of this Mine has done exactly the same even though I was only editing patches at the time
  6. This has just happened to mine as well Surely line 6 have admitted a fault and a fix It just needs its firmware blowing back to the chip. Surely a service centre can fix
