  1. In any case Line 6 suck!!! I had multiple communications with Line 6 UK Technical Support - they just keep mumbling and have no sober solution for anything. Bunch of... you know. I wasted so much time on trying to find a clear help from them - not a chance!!! They blamed Apple for changing their devices too often)))))))))) That was a stupid thing to say!! Normally Apple give more than enough time to apps developers to update their products before the release. Today I sold my POD HD500 because it conflicts with Logic Pro constantly. I have no more respect left to Line 6 whatsoever!!! I bought Zoom H6 as audio interface and Blackstar amp - back to classics, as those deserve more respect!! THUMBS DOWN LINE 6!!!!! HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO SORT OUT BASIC COMPATIBILITY ISSUE??? SOON IT WILL BE A YEAR SINCE IT'S BEEN RELEASED!!! SO IT WILL BE TOO OLD!!!
  2. You're right - Line 6 make lots of good things, but like Apple get a bit bigheaded and funkup with basics. It's pretty hard for me to digest, why their customer service is so bad, and why the least complexive unit like interface, that has been designed by tons of companies for decades, could be so misjudged by Line 6. They claim to be pioneers in music technology and cannot sort out cables and basic interfaces? There is definitely something wrong here. You are one of those lucky people who somehow got a good product while the majority suffer. As I said pretty clear I checked the unit I wanted to buy right in the store and it didn't work, then I looked at these forums and there are so many complains! No justification man!
  3. Hi everyone! The answer is pretty simple - Sonic Port is incompatible with all latest mobile devices and software updates. It's a time to call Line 6 by the name they deserve! I personally went to guitar store today and tried to connect their brand new, opened in store Sonic Port to my new iPad Air and iPhone 5S and it's all dead! Well, it was a good idea of mine to move my but towards the store rather than paying money. THE MOST HILARIOUS THING IS THAT LINE 6 DISTRIBUTE ALREADY OUT OF DATE INCOMPATIBLE DEVICES PLUS YOU CANNOT UPDATE IT BECAUSE YOU CANNOT CONNECT IT TO THE COMPUTER OR INTERNET. MOBILE POD WILL NOT LET YOU DO IT EITHER. SO YOU GUYS, WHOEVER BOUGHT IT CAN CONFIDENTLY RETURN IT BACK TO THE SELLER, CAUSE IT'S A USELESS PIECE OF PLASTIC, NO MORE. Line 6 are not the ones they claim they are! It's a fraud to sell people faulty unrepairable gear on massive scale! Too bad! Shame on you, funky time wasters!

  5. Today I was very disappointed to learn that Sonic Port, after being on sale for 6 months, still not compatible with brand new iPhone 5S and iPad Air. I spent 4 hours travelling in and out of the GuitarGuitar store in Epsom South West London testing Sonic Port with my new mobile devices and it does not work. It's not a first time I'm experiencing inconvenience and frustration from Line 6 products, but the most unfair thing is that Line 6 do not even bother to write on their website about incompatibility issues next to the description of their product and that they are working on it. It would be fair enough if it was a computer Stone Age of 20th century, but not now, when even school kids write computer games. I'm not even talking about the fact that I have to restart my computer 5 times while updating all Line 6 software and drivers for their gadgets, which is ridiculous. It's again Stone Age. Nearly all the major software like Apple or Adobe do not require computer restart these days! Talking about Sonic Port, I hope to hear from Line 6 directly, when this new updated product will go on sale. iPhone 5S and iPad Air have already been out for two months?! Common guys, people are waiting! Another six months and it will be too late as new mobile devices will on the market.
