I've been looking for the video since I received that email earlier today... Have not found anything. They probably ran into some issues and will upload it soon.

I'm using POD HD500 and after I upgraded my JTV to the lastest firmware I hear crackling noise everytime I switch presets; even when I'm not using POD Edit. Is this happening to anyone else? Do you know how this can be solved? I re-installed the upgrade on my guitar and also the POD drivers but the issue remains the same...
