The reason I brought up Spineshank was that they also used the same Boss Hyper Fuzz. I got a passable baseline tone last night running the buzzsaw and facial fuzz together. Having lots of trouble with the mellotron style leads, though. Might need MIDI fx for that...

Hi all, This is my first post, please move if I am in the wrong area. I'm looking to get a tone like used by ORGY,Deadsy, and Spineshank. Anyone who is into them knows that the Boss FZ-2 Hyper Fuzz is a huge part of the tone they have. Can anyone help me get that tone, or am I better off buying the pedal and running it into my HD500?
