  1. I'm trying to reduce the number of unused apps not add more. What is the consensus of the forum - do the Line 6 uninstallers work or not?
  2. I am trying to clean up the hard drive on my Win10 computer by removing unused applications and drivers. I am currently in version 3.50 on both my Helix Floor and Helix Edit. I have attached an image of the Line 6 apps listed in "Control Panel/Programs and Features" on my PC. Which of the Line 6 apps and drivers listed in the attachment can be uninstalled without impacting the operation of my current Helix Edit 3.50 and Helix Floor 3.50? Thank you, Jimmy Narramore
  3. My Helix firmware is version 3.01 but my HX Edit is 3.00. Can I just update HX Edit to 3.10 or do I need to update to HX Edit 3.01 first?

  5. It may have something to do with HD500X Edit. I got to a sound that had the right volume and noted that the TEMPO bpm was incorrect on the POD. I manually changed the tempo to the Edit value and manually saved. Then the volume did not reduce when I changed between patches!
  6. I am new to the HD500X. I had been using an PODxt Live. I get a patch sound that I like. I save the selected patch and the volume is significantly different?? Took a patch from the library that I liked. Changed the delay and added a delay. Result significant change in volume. What can I do to get the volume levels for different patches to be similar? Jimmy
